Shipping policy

Ordering:

Upon placing your order online, your credit card will be pre-authorised and a thank you email will be sent to confirm details of your order. Please take a moment to review all the information in the email, including contact/delivery details, ensuring they are correct.  

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order and payment to be processed - if your order is placed on a public holiday your order will be processed the next business day. 

Full payment will be processed for orders in stock and a dispatch date will be provided by email. You are welcome to contact us by phone or email after placing your order (prior to our dispatch notification email) to advise suitable delivery days/timeframe.  Please read our shipping terms below to familiarise yourself with our conditions to deliver your order.

Occasionally goods are not in stock at the time of order and if so, your payment will not be processed and you will be contacted promptly to advise of estimated lead time. Some products may have a back-order lead time of 8-10 weeks, therefore if your order is required by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order online to check stock availability.

Shipping Costs:

Standard shipping (curbside delivery to a non-restrictive address) is provided for each individual product to all Australian City metropolitan areas. 'FREE Shipping' discount is limited up to $400 per order where applicable.  Some regional or remote postcodes may incur additional charges - if this is the case, or your shipping total is over $400 you will be contacted by our team as soon as possible to be provided with a final cost prior to your order being processed.  If an item is out of stock or on back-order, the shipping cost at the time the unit arrives in stock/is ready to be dispatched will apply. If needed, an adjustment invoice will be issued and must be paid prior to dispatch.

Please Note: Shipping Rates generated in the online check out do not account for difficult access deliveries that may include off road, over water or alpine transit. We will always endeavor to fulfill the order in a timely manner, however we reserve the right to cancel the order or offer a recalculated shipping price based on the conditions of access.

Shipping Times:

We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible.  If your order includes both in-stock and out of stock items, you may receive packages on more than one delivery date.  We will notify you of any split delivery and email tracking information once your order/part order is in transit. 

All orders are delivered between 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.  Standard delivery can vary between 3-10 business days from date of dispatch, up to around 15 days for regional/remote locations.  Standard delivery times are estimates only, which are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or when your order is in transit between public holidays or weekends. A delay in delivery does not automatically result in a refund. 

Shipping Terms:

Please ensure the shipping address is correct. The delivery address must be an address within Australia and cannot be a PO Box or Freight Forwarding location.

Someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery of your order. You may request a timeframe or preferred days for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate this (however specific dates cannot be guaranteed) - alternatively, if you cannot be available to receive the delivery, you need to opt for ‘Authority to Leave’ during the checkout with detailed description of the safe delivery location. Please detail any delivery instructions in the 'Delivery Notes' section of the cart. If you opt for an ‘Authority to Leave’ delivery, Aristore Pty Ltd and/or the Freight Company cannot be held responsible for any missing goods after delivery to your shipping address.

Our standard delivery provides ground delivery to the most accessible access point on the property and does not include inside delivery, package removal, or assembly. Difficult site delivery locations (including steep driveways, small apartment lifts, narrow gates/walkways etc) can impact the delivery of our bulky goods - please provide us all information where the delivery may be difficult in the 'Delivery Notes' section of the cart, or contact us to discuss.  Considerations can include; Are there any stairs at the front of the property? Are there any tight turns or narrow entryways? Will the goods need to be delivered via lift? Etc.  If the driver(s) are unable to deliver the goods due to a difficult site and it has not been previously specified you may be charged additional costs.  Please Note: Due to the weight & size of some of our items some items may not be able to be delivered to restrictive sites. 

Bulky deliveries for WA, NT & TAS may require collection of goods from your closest depot (please contact us for your closest depot location). 

Any smaller items (e.g., outdoor covers) may be shipped inside the packaging of a more oversized carton in the same order.

Additional charges will apply if the delivery address is changed after the order has shipped, if a specific delivery date or time frame is requested, if the delivery company is required to make multiple delivery attempts due to incorrect delivery instructions being provided or if no one is home at the time of delivery and authority to leave has not been provided.

Damages & Issues:

Thoroughly inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt, and if possible, while the driver is present.  If any sign of damage is visible or number of packages received contradicts delivery paperwork, clearly note “Package received damaged” or “missing one item” on the receiving paperwork/when signing for the goods if possible and/or take photos or video of the damage and contact us immediately at sales@aristore.com.au.

Compare the items received with your original order confirmation. After inspecting the goods, if any items are missing, damaged or defective, please take photos or video clearly describing/illustrating the issue and contact us immediately at sales@aristore.com.au.  Damages or issues must be reported to Aristore Pty Ltd within 5 days of delivery or goods are assumed to be delivered in good condition.  

If no report of damage, defects, missing parts or issues is notified to Aristore Pty Ltd in writing within 5 days of delivery, both the shipping company and Aristore Pty Ltd are released from any responsibility for damage, and all claims after this period of time will be denied. It is essential to inspect the package thoroughly.

Always retain the original packaging until you have determined that the product is satisfactory, or if an exchange or return is necessary.
